What the shit software or website makes these things?

I used to have the software..its an intuitive facial expression thing where you can do a lot more than just move the mouth...you can move the whole face by part on a timeline. just can't remember the damn name. Comes with photos of a black man, a black woman, a little boy and a gorilla though.
