For me, this is the video that sums up my discovery of youtube. It was amazing. Two girls...IN ISRAEL, for christ's sake, got millions of views for lips synching, and it was some kind of sensation. It got passed around on forums. I sent a link to my ex, who was a pixies fan. Kevin Smith did a tribute video. It's a big part of my everyday life now, but then it was new and amazing.
