Nancy Grace electrocuted by her Jeopardy buzzer? Now that is good television.

I liked the one where Andy Richtor owned everyone.

I mean, he effortlessly conquers the whole board, and ends up with scads of money built up while his opponents have like a combined total of 0. Despite this, he risks every last penny in Final Jeopardy. And wins.

The Onion: Did you get to keep the money, or did you have to give it to some charity?

Andy Richter: No, I gave it to the Southern Poverty Law Center. That's the deal. But you do get Sony merchandise. Someone had told me beforehand that they give you a catalog and you pick, I think it was ,000 of Sony merchandise. You just pick out of the catalog whatever you want to.

The Onion: Is that whether you win or lose?

Andy Richter: That's whether you win or lose—everybody gets that.

So, that cuts down on the schadenfreude here, but I'll take it where I can get it.

I think it's telling that I couldn't figure out whether that was supposed to be a joke interview from the Onion, or one done straight.
