I'm guessing the train stopped at one end of the market, the merchants did a shouting relay (much like porn store clerks in Hong Kong when a police officer shows up, which is quite a sight to behold), and then the train continued on its way when the tracks were clear.

On that note, I have to say that this video's title is both misleading and completely accurate.
