I'm not buying that this was planned by Fox. They are a little sensitive to the litigiousness of that kind of thing. I will buy that they intended to get the audience nice and drunk in hopes of a creating some juicy embarrassment, but that's nothing new. Fairplay really did try to have Bonaduce arrested, and there really was a report filed and police were involved:

As of Friday, Oct. 5th, 2007, Danny Bonaduce would not be charged in the incident. Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney, Jeffrey Boxer state "insufficient evidence" that Bonaduce committed battery. It was also stated that Bonaduce's "actions fell within the realm of self-defense." The reasons for this were that Fairplay had "initiated contact and acted offensively" toward Bonaduce.

Oh, it was totally a work. Fairplay's done his fair share of wrestling, he knows how to take a fucking bump, and that was the intended setup - you really think security wouldn't have stopped Bonaduce otherwise?

They wouldn't have had time, Fairplay started humping Bonaduce, which they wouldn't have stopped, then *woops* Fairplay's eating the stage. It was all over inside of 3 seconds.

God this is gay, but do you notice how much Bonaduce looks like Diamond Dallas Page, even in his mannerisms? Man, that sucks for him.

Tyrathca, they'd have had plenty of time to stop Bonaduce from going onstage and getting really close to Fairplay in the first place.
