Actually, the real threat to Omar is that he's been primarily stealing from the Barksdale crew, and Avon Barksdale and Stringer Bell offered out a bounty to anyone who killed Omar.
Like most of the characters, Omar is a composite of a few different people who live (or died) in Baltimore. In fact, one of the guys who helps Omar in this scene is a former stick-up boy.
Omar is the best character in the best show on TV.
Omar is one of my fav characters, but I haven't gotten to this part yet and I kinda know what might happen but I'm holding off to see it for myself. This show is a blessing to mankind.
I told you guys that Omar did this. This is because he is so badass that you don't even know. God I love this show so hard that I'd marry it if science and the government would let me.
