For me, this show always represented part of the creepier side of the Reagan era when they liked their negroes little, cute, and raised by white people.
At least Gary Coleman had some sass to him. Emmanuel Lewis was just plain creepy in his cuteness.

I must have been about five when I first saw this show, and I still found it very creepy and unsettling.
Banal tripe, completely without merit. PoeTV deserves better.
