I remember giving up on television, then watching this show about six months ago with by buddy at his behest. I watched with rapt attention as House sniffed out clues and unraveled symptoms. I sat at the edge of my seat while he stood up to his colleagues and intermittently stalled, reassured, and belittled the parents of two ailing young siblings. At the end, to the surprise of everyone but House, the culprit was revealed to be penis cream.

I sat at attention through fifty minutes of suspense, thrilled the great mystery and ignored the shitty dialog, for penis cream.

This is a montage of just the season 2 lupus references, which is a special feature on the season 2 dvd set. In season 4 I believe it actually was lupus. I would love to see a montage of all lupus references in the show leading up to that one time where it was. It'd be a good 75 episodes of misdiagnosing something as lupus.
