This applies to pretty much any bigstore retail chain: Best Buy, Toys R Us, Wal Mart, etc etc.

The absolute worst though was when I was working crew for a corporate video for China Bank. Giant Orwellian posters up everywhere. "We Are Family", "UNITY".

I was chatting with one of the employees they suddenly grew nervous and starting glancing around when I asked them if they liked working there.

Oh, the propaganda is far worse than that. I am working there right now, and they definetly got some hardcore psych ops going on. I think their business model was "Let's think about psychology" rather than simply going for the throat in the typical Juggernaught fashion employed by say... Wal-Mart. Same kind of store, same kind of operation, just different buzzie wuzzie words.
