You think they're angry? Wait till you see the evangelicals when Fox and the GOP turn on Huckabee.

uekibachi - 2008-01-07

that's not a CAR they chase him to

Rudy - 2008-01-07

Fixed.

Rudy - 2008-01-07

I can't understand how a chant as awesome as "WE'RE GREAT AMERICANS, AND YOU'RE NOT ONE!" couldn't get more than one or two of these guys chanting along with it.

yeahjim - 2008-01-07

I listen to the Hannity show to keep my blood pressure up and I want to stab the radio every time I hear Sean and Sean's callers call each other great Americans. "Haw, Shawn, yur a great Americun," "Thank you, sir! *You're* A great American!" Somehow I think there'd be less of this patriot reach-around business if they were more laid back about gays.

Frank Rizzo - 2008-01-07

wow, they sure showed him with mindless yelling.

SolRo - 2008-01-07

Isn't that how Hannity communicates?

Ahriman the Creepy Lurker - 2008-01-07

They're speaking to the man in his native tongue.

phalsebob - 2008-07-06

It warms my heart to see conservatives tearing themselves apart in such a predictable manner.

Smellvin - 2008-01-07

Ron Paul supporters are fighting Fox News over there so we don't have to fight them here.

Xenocide - 2008-01-07

I'll vote for Paul if he agrees to turn his operation into a 24/7 Fox News anchor harassment campaign.

Actually, I won't. But he should do it anyway.

Mike Tyson?! - 2008-01-07

See, this is what my support.

Camonk - 2008-01-07

I have no idea what this is over, but loonybin pseudo-conservative morons are fighting each other, well, I hate to use the old line, but whoever loses, we win.

Baldr - 2008-01-07

As I understand it, the republican party contains a lot of libertarian-types who are fiscally conservative but socially liberal, and favor a non-interventionist foreign policy. What this is over is that this subset of conservatives has always compromised on social issues and foreign policy for the sake of decreasing the scope of government. However, over the last eight years a republican president and a significantly republican congress have spent tax money like crazy, increased the national debt, and involved the country in an occupation that wasn't going too well last time I checked.

In my opinion, the entire Ron Paul movement is about this subset of republicans who have been instrumental in the last two elections, but feel betrayed by their party. Sean Hannity and Fox News in general have been largely dismissive of Ron Paul, due to his isolationist stance, which, as you can see, generates a bit of a reaction.

IrishWhiskey - 2008-01-08

Whereas Huckabee is running on the fiscally liberal, socially conservative, humanitarian interventionist platform, which also a great number of Republican members, particularly evangelicals, consist of.

This group was even more instrumental in creating the GOP dominance of the Bush era, and they also feel screwed as they start to realize that despite the gay marriage controversies stirred up around election time, nothing was really done on their behalf. And, although to a lesser extent than Paul, the GOP is also shunning Huckabee.

So to be supported by the GOP, you've got to act like you hate gays and abortions while doing nothing about it, and act like you hate big government but constantly increase it in spending. So basically just be a more hypocritical and militaristic Democrat.

Screwtape - 2008-01-07

Internet stoopid meets Fox News stoopid. Hilarious results.

Cap'n Profan!ty - 2008-01-07

The Ron Paul people had pizza here tonight.

Whitewater5 - 2008-01-07

I kept expecting them to google him.

Hooker - 2008-01-07

You'd think that when your whole worldview revolves around an abstract concept, you'd at least have a little more perspective.

The Amazing Thracian Bicycle - 2008-01-07

what the fuck

Blaise - 2008-01-07

I love this season's Republican Primary.

Talk Radio and Fox news have gotten used to telling only one side of a story (Bush's) for the last six years. Now that they are "covering" a Republican Primary, each with their own horse (Fox/Hannity = Giuliani, Hewitt = Romney, Ignrahm = Thompson), they don't have the luxury of their audience only hearing one set of RNC talking points. I am amazed at the degree to which these conservative talking heads will slander fellow Repub. candidates (McCain, Romney, Huckabee, and Paul all getting the worst of it).

I actually heard a listener argue with a talking head "If its OK to not vote for a muslim, why can't I discriminate against a Mormon as well" ... LOL

The result is reasonable Republicans are starting to understand just how biased their media outlets are.

RNC ... enjoy reaping what you have sown.

IrishWhiskey - 2008-01-12

This is a word for word copy of your comments in the Blumenthal video. Can't you shake things up a little?

glasseye - 2008-01-07

One group of crazy republicans chases another group of crazy republicans. Maybe they'll all die in a fire and the world will be a much better place.

glasseye - 2008-01-07

Also.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2008-01-08

I was hoping that it would turn into a Scottish style free for all headbutting but was a little bit disappointed. Still, there's always next time.

Screwtape - 2008-01-08

No way, they need the leadership of Glowstick the Barbarian.

Princess v2.1 - 2008-01-08

True Patriots

Black Napkins - 2008-01-08

If voting Ron Paul for president for four years meant Fox News talking heads got this treatment everywhere they went for the rest of their lives, I would vote for him.

Hell, I would steal an election for him. Not that the GOP needs help, mind.

kingarthur - 2008-01-09

Agreed.

hezron - 2008-01-08

medium cool for the 21st century

waxeater - 2008-01-08

An easy five for the pathetic ovation they give themselves for successfully walking and screaming.

Caminante Nocturno - 2008-01-08

I have a soft part in my heart for Ron Paul's supporters, in spite of the fact that I would sooner die than ever vote for the man.

baleen - 2008-01-08

it's about time we had a decent american riot. I was kinda hoping for blood, or at least fire.

Jeff Fries - 2008-02-15

When I see these guys chanting and holding up the signage they've been hanging on overpasses I imagine that they're newsies on strike and Hannity is their boss.
