Especially evil because the video game actually had quite good animation. Why does he have a guitar that shoots beams of light? Why is this fight so tedious? The same thing happens again and again. Oh right, GI Joe rules- no physical contact, no shooting.

I don't know if there's anything I like more than agressively lazy animation.
