Burnout sucks.

Wonderful appropriation of terrible Dave Matthews song. Because those sideways hat guys tell their stupid girlfriends that they like "Dave" before they rape them. Then they play video games.

KnowFuture - 2008-03-14

Thanks (?) to this video I can now name one Dave Matthews Band song by name.

Aubrey McFate - 2008-03-13

But...crashing is what Burnout is about. That's the point.

I could be off base here, but bashing cars out of your way and chaining together crashes was half the fun of Revenge. Criticizing a Burnout game for it's crashes is like criticizing a Half-Life game for having physics puzzles.

A few stars for the DMB, anyways.

keinsignal - 2008-03-13

I... yeah, that confused me too. Did they get rid of aftertouch in this game? Why would they do that?

RockBolt - 2008-03-13

There's no aftertouch in Burnout Paradise

There is also no easy way to restart a race that your crashed 2 feet from the end on other than driving all the way across the map back to the starting line

Cinnamon Imperialist - 2008-03-13

Yeah, this one sucks.

dancingshadow - 2008-03-13

Accurate review... I played burnout the day I got it and not since. Driverless car bit was funny.

5 stars for baleen's comment.

dancingshadow - 2008-03-13

besides.... Smash Brawl is out... who cares.

Monchiles Monchiles - 2008-03-13

I stand steadfast and resolute in five starring Yahtzee though this was pretty bad I'll admit.

Pie Boy - 2008-03-19

Huh. I thought this was one of the funnier ones.
