I'm not sure you grasp what you're actually saying here regarding the modern usage of "nigger", which has been so culturally diverse that it's virtually lost it's power as a real insult.
But, putting all that completely aside, as much as I hate to be construed as defending 4Channers, the continuous use of Nigger began as a purposeful meme meant to point out how stupid it was that people casually used the word in conversation now. It was used to intentionally appear edgy to make fun of people who thought it was edgy. it was also a brilliant trolling technique because it immediately exposed people too stupid to realize they were being called 'niggers' just to bait them into using some "4CHANNERS ARE ACTUALLY RACIST" defense thing, showing how retarded they are.
Kind of like when the Washington Post ran an editorial calling David Cross a racist because of his act where he does a bit PRETENDING to be a racist, and using the word nigger, completely oblivious to what he was actually saying in the bit.
