I don't wanna ruin the magic like I just did for myself but those monkeys are on leashes and are being yanked down the street. Still 5 stars for motorcycle monkeys, -1 for monkey oppression.

Aww the guy's jerking him around using a wire. That's not as interesting as thinking they go around in tiny, adorable bosuzoku squads terrorizing the monkey ladies with reckless lechery

Of course it's on a leash, otherwise it would take its bike and ride it off into the sunset, never to be seen again.
