It's a tossup. However, I have to side with President Bush's for 'most awkward' mainly because Roseanne, being a comedian, was at least funny when she butchered her game opening. Bush is simply a tremendous asshole.

That being said, the booing cutting through the cheering was like sweet sweet music. If only it had been louder.
