This is actually valuable feedback on how well the game works in explaining its concepts to a first time player. Valve should pay attention.
Some things were got across real well- i like how as she runs into the enemy base in 2Fort, she says "i don't think i'm sposed to be here." Great visual design doing its job.
One problem i noticed coming up more than once is "what color am I?"
