I have a very important question: If you don't live in Seattle, or even Washington, can you still get insured by Vern Fonk?

Actually it's possible, but doubtful, as every insurance agent has be to be licensed in whatever state they are operating in. I worked in commercial auto claims for a couple years and that's what I remember of it.
I'm thinking that you're out of luck if you aren't from washington.
