I work in 480 3ph panels from time to time out on the test stand.. does that make me almost as cool as Roachbud the bouncer?

I didn't go to the youtube video so I might be slightly talking out of my ass, but fuse manufacturer's like to point to this kind of thing as reason to use fuses rather than circuit breakers. In real life a typical 480V drop to a panel will have a much longer wire run to the transformer so there will be less available fault current.
