Clipped winged bird is as useful and pretty as shaved hamster.
My cockatiel does the same thing, and his wings are unclipped. Much cuter that way. This was uncomfortable to watch.
Much cuter, more dramatic, and if mine leans over too far and falls off the cage she won't just plummet to the floor. Unless this guy has a treadmill I guarantee he's out of shape.
