The Funky Phantom looks Hispanic to me. You don't suppose he's just pretending to be the Ghost of someone from Revolutionary times? You know, just to bum rides off of these kids and hit them up for cigarettes.

That guy could only do one voice. I figure they kept hiring him because he worked below scale.
