This was a pretty half-assed movie, set in the sort of direct-to-video near-future that can be summed up as "cars now have pipes slapped on all over the sides" or "things you don't normally think of as being trimmed with neon tubes now are" or "wall mounted keyboards? It must be THE FUTURE!"

Honestly, how hard can it be to hit someone on roller blades?
