Ghost snake bites your soul.

Snakes can be deadly and occasionally try to attack people and animals who simply wander into their territory. Sometimes it is necessary to kill them, unfortunate as that is.

I have never run across that problem with kittens, who are generally very nice and are, usually, not deadly venomous.

If a kitten head could be violent towards people it might be troublesome enough to be appreciated here. However, given the limitations of typical mammalian biology, I like to think a video of a severed kitten head would be a turn off for most.

So, this Evil Bad Man is finally captured in Feudal Japan. He is slated for execution by beheading. Unlike the black-hooded ax-men of Europe, his executioner is an honorable soul in a full suit of leather and laquer armor.

Evil Bad Man says, to his final witnesses, "I will become the vengeful ghost, and haunt you until your death."

The executioner and otherwise reputable swordsman asks, "If you honestly wish for that, then when your head is severed, bite a stone."

And then the sword comes down. And Evil Bad Man's head tumbles, rolls, and comes to rest face down. And, with its last moments of life, does bite a stone, before his eyes fade and become empty of life.

The witnesses are horrified. "NOW HE WILL HAUNT ALL OF US, YOU FOOL!"

"No," says the vassal, sliding a silk hankerchief across his blade. "It is certain that those who know they will die have one final wish, or task that they would have liked to have completed. In telling him to bite the stone, I tricked his soul into failing. There will be no ghosts; I have seen to that."

And then all the witnesses said, "Oh. OK then." and went off back to their homes satisfied.

After seeing this I sure hope they will, even though after seeing a eagle chuck a goat off a cliff I gave up that hope
