While not authoritative, it has some interesting interview material with Wolfgang Flur and Karl Bartos, the two members who left the group in the late-80s and are now infamously "shunned" by the remaining members. (though in Flur's case, it's mainly due to his revealing autobiography)

I remember listening to Kraftwerk for the first time on really low-bit mp3s in 1997. I miss those files because they actually made the sound even warmer and pseudo-analogue.
