Somewhere, someone thought this was the best movie ever made.
I envy them, to a degree. They have endless sources of entertainment. I enjoyed watching this for the mocking value, but someone out there thought this was a work of art.

icp was still fairly cool when this film came out. watch the whole thing before you pass judgement. there are a couple decent scenes.
