glasseye - 2008-05-30 Not exactly. There were huge amounts of fraudulent paperwork filled out by greedy economy-raping conservatives though. Plenty of first time and low income buyers got screwed by taking on loans they couldn't afford, but plenty of lenders were more than happy to *vastly* overstate their earnings to make those loans possible.
