Caminante Nocturno - 2008-06-07
If I ever get a time machine, I'm going to get a Megaman costume and save Abraham Lincoln just like this.

Xenocide - 2008-06-07
Megaman knows that the way to beat the terrorists is to place symbolism before everything else.
Where the hell's your flag lapel pin, Protoman?

Quad9Damage - 2008-06-07
"HAH! I *knew* you'd risk yourself for Mr. LINCOLN." Also, that helmet is kind of funny out of context.

I wish I could add one more star onto my five, just for Wilfred Owen.

PlushJake - 2008-06-07
"That's ok, cause I have another helmet under this one!"

5 Stars for Protoman`s "surfer dude beach bum" voice.

Is Megaman voiced by Goku?

UnderANeonHalo - 2008-06-07
Considering that none of the previous shots damaged any of the surrounding marble what makes megaman think that this shot will?

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2008-06-07
Since I've never seen this show, I'm just going to imagine that every episode revolves around Megaman saving inanimate objects from harm.

Maggot Brain - 2008-06-07
Protoman will see to it that the south will rise again.

Kill him Megaman, and you will earn John Wilkes Boothman's ability to jump from sort of high levels and break his ankles.

Merzbau - 2008-09-23
...why does Lincoln look more like Thomas Jefferson here?

King of Balls - 2008-10-01
Bizarre! Isn't this a Japanese cartoon?
Don't worry, Megaman, that's not really President Lincoln, it's just a statue!

plaid_knight - 2008-10-27 Beardo powers kicking in: there are in fact two Megaman animated series, one which produced for Japanese consumption, and this one. This one was created by Ruby Spears productions and then animated by Capcom. At the time the show was undergoing its early development, anime had not yet gained "mainstream" acceptance, and the producers felt the designs skewed too young for the action-adventure cartoon they had in mind, thus Mega Man was given an edgier and more realistic look compared to his original anime design. Also, Mega Man's persona changed from boyish into a teen with an attitude. Roll, instead of wearing a dress, wears a red and yellow jumpsuit. Also, she has vacuum blaster on her left arm, unlike the games where she is just a civilian bot (though in Marvel Vs Capcom she has the weapons Megaman acquired from the Robot Masters).
The series was targeted towards the late preteen boy audience, though Roll's expanded and much more active role in the series was calculated to try and draw in more girl viewers X, along with Vile, Spark Mandrill, and "Cigma" (Sigma) made a guest appearance late in the second season, and was planned to make more appearances in later shows, with the potential for his own spinoff cartoon as well.
Despite consistent high ratings and being a series producers Joe Ruby and Ken Spears really enjoyed working on, the show was canceled after two seasons. The decision to end the cartoon was handed down from Capcom, most likely due to merchandising pressures from toy-partner Bandai.

You know what? I'm sick, SICK, of titles like this on PoETV. Why did the submitter have to TELL US that Megaman is a doofus? Huh? I think we can all form our own opinions.
