That was spur of the moment. Just because his flow was flawless doesn't mean he wrote it at home. Maybe the guy who challenged Cena pre-wrote his raps, but not Cena. Cena had to come up with a responce, and what a responce it was.

Cena is the Dr. Of Thuganomics. He's won 3 WWE world heavy weight titles due to his unorthodox street style of fighting.
He has his own rap album called "You Can't See Me" which went gold. This video further demonstrates his prowess as a hip hop artist. Cena gained fame by free styling on his opponents, and here he takes down a very talented freestyler/hater. Note how the guy tried to catch Cena off guard, but Cena's always ready for a battle.
