Francophones: do the lyrics make this clip make any sense?

I was going to make mention of the black furry puking a car, but that seems perfectly normal compared to the French furry taking the Statue of Liberty back.

The words are too fast and covered with weird noises for me to make out. Foriegn language songs are hard to do.
