Great Yuen Biao/Sammo Hung movie, too. Yeah, it's supposed to be a kind of parody/tribute to American action movies, but it's still a great film from this golden era of the Chinese Kung Fu scene.
This scene also had Lam Chang Ying (Mr. Vampire) and Sammo Hung's actual wife, Joyce Godenzi.

What makes this for me is the guy who grabs the gun and is promptly shot in the face

There's a lot going on here that's great. "Heroes don't need guns!" followed by the "I can't believe that worked!" face.

Also, Sammo Hung is my new retort to the "fat and fit" people. Okay, I say, if you can do what Sammo Hung can do, I will call you fat and fit. Any less and you're just a fatty fatso.
