You know, Tom Baker sounds exactly like Jon Culshaw.
Great scene, but then the movie goes back to being a pondering mess where you're supposed to feel sorry for the Czar or something.
Just goes to show ya that Tom Baker was the best part of this movie. He was even nominated for two golden globes for his performance in this film.

I had put this clip up on YouTube and was surprised to find it here. I love Tom Baker and this was my favorite part of his outside Doctor Who. The speach he makes does sound a bit like him in real life.
