...What? Is it illegal to say anything non-negative about him? I mean, it's difficult to praise the guy, but not every description of something related to him needs to be inherently negative.

Well, in this case, this is definitely a big load of evil. A bunch of Nazis sitting around, laughing knowingly, as they plot to dominate the world. They are all sitting around, maniacally laughing at a diplomatic request not to start a war that would kill tens of millions of people and destroy an entire continent.

That said, I laughed too. Hitler really nailed the deadpan delivery here.
