I still don't get why this video is getting so much play. People act as if this is surprising when anyone over the age of ten ought to have realized that this is how Washington operates on a daily basis.

The truly terrifying thing about this video isn't that he offers access for cash - it's that he also offers an Administration led PR blitz for the campaign of Akayev - whose presidency had some of the closest ties with the West among the CIS until the (US backed) "tulip revolution" of '05. You guys, jeez...there are lots of other books in the library. There's the Bible, all of the books that back up what the Bible says, and books where you find a line out of the maze. Okay so they're placemats. Same difference.
