You fucking take that back. Chuck Jones is great. On a side note, I didn't know there was an animated version of this book, and I don't think I like it. But that isn't Chuck Jones' fault.

This was by far my favorite book as a kid. I also loved that the movie did the whole live action -> animation bookends.
This is an amazing childrens book. The best thing about it is, that it ages so well and you understand it more and more as you get older.
