Italian... France is still top though in anime-ish craptoons. Like Totally Spies, Code Lyoko, Team Galaxy, etc.

5 stars because the villains in this show were hot, and I don't care who knows it. Well, just the three main villain girls, and only the one with the poofy hair. Also, she wasn't hot enough to make up for this show being terrible. 4 stars.

Its good to know that even in a show for girls about friendship and magic powers and believing in yourself and whatever, they still have time to show how important it is to pick which pretty dress you have to wear.
