go to the TAL site and search for it, it's a good listen (especially the segment about the English woman who was in one of the subway cars bombed in London on July 7 and becomes a target of crazy "truthers") , but the commercial's story in a nutshell is:
A boy starts at a new school and, not being terribly cool, craves anonymity in order to avoid being given a hard time. He does this "invisible man" act at first but also and paradoxically pursues his interest in theater, an activity all about people paying attention to you, at the same time. To encourage his son's interest his father, the owner of a furniture store, suggests he act in a commercial for him. At first this seems like a great opportunity but upon first viewing the results of his TV acting and writing debut (yes he actually wrote the lines himself) he immediately knows he's about to get shit flipped to him until he's able to leave his small town, and that is exactly what happens.
