Chinese sound like "Ching ding pong wong," build railroads, have a long braid, smoke opium, are typically poor and destitute, and they gossip a lot. Also, they have some pretty exotic food.
Japanese sound like "Wakka haka shoe show," carry around curvy swords, tie their hair up in some kind of wierd fold-over knot, drink booze made from rice, are typically drifters from one town to the next, and they're about as talkative as an old Injun Chief. Also, they have some pretty exotic food.
