WTF is that at 0:00 right when you start?

This could be anything from a downed US intel satellite to an experimental kind of Artillery Round. I don't think it's an ET or anything or that radio station would have been a gas station run by an oddly stern man in a suit by now.

Governments will clean up even the most mundane things if they are still listed as top secret. I wonder if we'll find out what it was.
