Seeing this here the first time turned me on to both Shirley Bassey and the Propellerheads. I have this tune on an album from each of them now. I actually like the video version with the announcer better. Probably rip this using Audacity. Fantastic stuff.

So clearly influenced by the late 90s swing revival, and yet it doesn't suck.
