I say, this nickelodeon is a veritable riot the likes of which I haven't seen since I took Dame Clara Bartlesworth on an ocean liner to see the great Universal Exposition in Paris in 89!
The luxury instilled on such a fine frigate gave hue to the cornucopia of new sights and sounds that would prepare me for the new century including motor carriages and wonderous outdoor gas lighting (and to think one does no longer require the servitude of a lantern when taking your lovely companion out for a nightly stroll).
I do conclude that this new fangled paradigm of film may continue to advance our notions of entertainment and of what is to come in the future. Un Uomme de Têtes, indeed! Georges Méliès is such a card!
So how long do you think it'll be before someone it gets removed from YouTube for copyright violation?
Anyway, I've always loved this experimental film since the very first time I saw it and it's amazing considering it was one of the first films ever created. Definatly gets five *
