Kramer had clown-phobia in Seinfeld, and Michael Richards plays the exact same character in every single thing he's ever been in. Therefore, I'm confused as to why he wasn't afraid of clowns in this movie or why he wasn't more aggressive towards clowns in Seinfeld.
