As much as I hate the Iraq war and what is going on there, calling this murder is ridiculous. Like it or not the soldiers are doing their fucking job and clearly were acting within the parameters they're supposed to. It's a fucking warzone. For every video of some soldier doing something stupid or going apeshit, there's dozens more you don't see of soldiers trying to do their jobs as best as they can and as honorably as they can in a situation that puts them all at risk.

A lot of what you're saying I agree with. All of that aside, many of your assertions are absurd and you do the anti-war crowd no favors by refusing to think about the realities of armed conflict. Are you going to address the idea that you feel these insurgents should be warned before they're attacked? Does that really make any sense to you? You seem to be saying our servicemen should adopt tactics that will get them killed because the conflict is unjust, and A does not at all follow B.
