From Season 2, episode 14, I thought "There has GOT to be a Youtube clip of that!"

Baldr - 2008-08-31

After seeing this and the related clips on youtube, I've decided to try watching this show.

Thanks.

Camonk - 2008-08-31

This show is better than you think it is.

fluffy - 2008-08-31

Although, you might want to skip the third season because of the stupid dramatic story arc, and definitely skip the third season finale which is a fucking piece of shit.

Baldr - 2008-09-02

I can't stop watching this now.

Desidiosus - 2008-08-31

If there's a clip where he sticks the corpse in the MRI, it needs to be here.

BornAgainCannibal - 2008-09-01

What with the bullet in the skull already? Yeah, that was stellar.

erratic - 2008-08-31

needs an ACTING! tag

Innocent Bystander - 2008-09-01

Uhh, no, it really doesn't.

Knuckles - 2008-09-01

wow. the point made an audible WHOOOOSH sound as it sailed over your head

ProfessorChaos - 2008-09-01

Disagreed.

If only to say that Hugh Lorie, (the man who plays dr. House, and no, i don't remeber exactly how to spell the last name) is british, and his accent is flawless in the show. (Even in the blooper reels i've seen, he doesn't break his accent - which just makes watching old Fry and Laurie clips seem weird)

Innocent Bystander - 2008-09-01

There was some discussion on american accents by non-american actors over yonder at Poe-news and although people whined that Laurie (that's how you spell it) drawls too much and his r's are too rhotic, I think that, yes, his accent is exemplary.

The only british dude who is actually better is Bob Hoskins.

Syd Midnight - 2008-09-01

Laurie said he uses House's Vicodin addiction to help pull off the character, by keeping he speech a little slow and slightly slurred he has time to keep up with the accent in his head. Acting!

Hoskins will always be the gumshoe from the Bronx in "Roger Rabbit" to me.

fluffy - 2009-10-05

Hoskins is British?
