sadly no. It's more for rolling up characters which involves rolling three d6. He actually watches people that he doesn't trust to make sure they're not just getting all 18s.

You basically shake the dice in your hand until you've got the back sides of the combo you want showing, and then you do a weak, controlled roll that will only flip the dice over twice before they stop. If you know what you're looking for it's possible to spot, and it probably doesn't work well with 8+ sided dice, so its utility is limited.

I've played dice in a lot of local bars and I've had this done to me before. It really sucks, especially when the guy who is doing it weighs 250 lbs.

You would never get away with this in a casino, they have rules on how the dice need to be rolled. But for those times when BS2 just doesn't cut it...

Earlier clips of the same technician are longer and unedited; he is very talented. In this clip, he's showing off a "straight drop" which Iron Xides described. I suspect that the red dice are weighted, mostly because of the way he introduced them.
