sadly uneven? What do you mean? This is one of my all time fave games.
It was kind of silly that the governor was such a great gunfighter though.

Once the midget clowns started shooting me, I gave up. One problem is, it's based on movies where people stand still for 5 minutes at a time, then shoot one bullet.

Any issues I had with this game would evaporate when the quick draw mechanic would show up. So cool.

I never played through this game, so I don't really know about that, but this intro is nothing too special in my estimation.

I found the quick draw parts of the game to be broken. The fact that the game wouldn't have you continue right at the quick draw parts you died at was particularly frustrating.

Too bad.

i still cant believe that some people consider Gun a step up from this. RDR had soul. all Gun had was good voice actors.
