Wow, something on SNL that was actually kind of funny and that didn't drag on for ten minutes. I'm actually kind of blown away.
I think on its own it's mostly kind of funny because it seems like a good impression of Mark Wahlberg. +1 cause it made Mark Wahlberg angry.
Seriously, who get's upset about such a benign sketch. There's a clip of him on Jimmy Kimmel where he gets visibly upset and threatens to punch Samberg in his "big nose". Tough guy.
Its a good impression, but that's all. Would it have killed them to use the impression in a sketch with some effort put into it? +1 for Whalberg rage. Although being on Kimmel, I'd suspect its fake anger.
He said its not a funny sketch, but it was really a good impression. That doesnt sound like anger to me. he even stated that he started saying "say hello to your mother for me" after watching the bit iirc.
