THIS POST MADE WITH POWERS OF SPIRITUALISM, THROUGH WHICH I HAVE CHANNELED THE GHOST OF CENA_MARK: "man whatever it is totally worth it to give some towelhead a well-needed bath when it's going to save the lives of u.s. soldiers. dirty skinny needs it anyway"

(i feel so dirty)

A little much. I would've gone with, "Oh the poor terrorists."

Desidiosus - 2008-11-16

I would be exceedingly happy if anyone involved in the Bush administration is stuck in US territory for the rest of their lives for fear of being prosecuted for war crimes if they leave the country.

HURF BLURF DUH - 2008-11-16

I would be even happier if any of them left the country and got arrested and tried by the Hague.

Senator_Unger - 2008-11-16

I would be exceedingly happy if anyone in the Bush administration *was* prosecuted for war crimes.

It makes some people feel strong to imagine themselves doing this to someone. That is largely why those people support it.

In a purely pragmatic sense, information extracted from torture is not dependable. That is well known, even in the notoriously closed-minded White House.

Thus, I truly believe that some part of the push to legalize American torture was driven by simple sadism, base machismo, and the dangerous desire for revenge.

It's not like torture is anything new in American foreign relations. Some of the shit the CIA or the Pentagon came up with during the Cold War was way beyond water-boarding: EST to the point people permanently lost their short-term memory, LSD to the point they lost any connection to reality, etc. etc... Most of these techniques were developed using American citizens as guinea pigs too!

The only difference is that they kept it a secret and did everything possible to avoid a public debate on the subject. It's sort of weird that the Bush administration would do the opposite and let it all be openly discussed in the DOJ, Congress and ultimately the media.

Cleaner82 - 2008-11-17

And I can honestly say that if I were unaware of these things I would have NO problem with them.

I'm sure someone on youtube thinks these guys are all pussies and "DUH YOU JUST HAVE TO BREATHE OUT WHEN THEY POUR IT LOL STUPID IF THAT WAS ME I WOULD TOTALLY HAMMER PUNCH THEIR CLAVICLE".
