Star-studded cast indeed!

obamanation!

NewHeavenSalesman - 2008-12-04

Nice production values to complement the showcasing of the laziest atheist arguments possible.

fetuschrist - 2008-12-04

fart

dueserpenti - 2008-12-04

Fag.

Merzbau - 2008-12-04

Who cares if it's a perfectly valid argument you have no convincing rebuttal for, it's UNORIGINAL! You suck a giraffe's dick.

wtf japan - 2008-12-05

Yeah, except citing the Old Testament doesn't work on Christians. They get their anti-gay verses from Paul, so they don't have to worry about arguments such as these. Still, I enjoyed the video.

StanleyPain - 2008-12-05

Yes, because there's nothing remotely lazy about "THE BIBLE SAYS IT SO IT IS TRUE THE END"

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2008-12-05

HEY LOOK AT ME I'M SAYING WACKY NON EXISTENT CONNECTIONS WITH NO BASIS HEY EVERYBODY HEY LOOK AT ME LOOK LOOK

VoilaIntruder - 2008-12-04

This is pretty rad.

Cena_mark - 2008-12-04

Ironically the same people who won California for Barack Hussein Obama are the same ones who helped prop 8 win. The Majority of Californians voted both for Obama and Prop 8. The only other explanation for those results would be if the Obama voters marked the top of the ballot just to run away to celebrating without voting on the propositions.
Looks like Obama is supported by Homophobes.

Take that you smarmy idealists.

Michael Houser - 2008-12-04

Well, bear in mind that a large portion of California does vote Republican, after you venture from the idyllic liberal-devil havens of Silicon Valley, SF and Santa Cruz -- plenty of redneck Meth towns in the hinterlands, if you know what I mean, heh heh.
Anyway, the way I see it is that Republicans jumped ship en masse when they saw what a double vanilla scoop of lameness their party's ticket was -- to the point where right down to the dividing line between conservative and psychotic horror-show conservative they decided, "Awwwww shit, I guess I'll vote for that black guy," which resulted in McCain rallies beginning to resemble that skinhead party in American History X, scaring the shit out of the undecideds. But just because you're a conservative voting against your party because your party's become an empty cock-sucking sham, doesn't mean you're ALSO gonna let the gays get married. No sir E bobbee.
I voted for Obama AND against Proposition 8, and expressed myself by flipping off the trucked-in Mormons holding Pro 8 signs on the street corners. I have no problem with homosexuals at all, 'ceptin for those 'LATENT homosexuals.' Them ones is dangerous. They'll be drunk at a party, then do a couple nitrous-hits, then all of a sudden they'll be leanin' real close and sayin' you got pretty lips.
I definitely don't think latent homosexuals should be allowed to get married. Sorry, Cena.
(But I agree with you that 'The Wrestler' is gonna rock!)

IrishWhiskey - 2008-12-04

What on Earth are you talking about?

Prop 8 won by just 4 points, while Obama won by 24. This was after a 2000 election in which the gay marriage ban was shot down by 28 points, and after polling this year in which it was expected to win in a landslide. And this after the Mormon Church in Utah invested 50% of the total funding for the Prop 8 Campaign.

If not for out of state efforts, it would have passed. And the year of Obama's election corresponded with far more people supporting gay marriage. The simple fact of the matter is that this homophobic bigotry is nearer to death each generation.

Cena_mark - 2008-12-05

Funny how you expect everyone to be tolerant and yet are intolerant of Mormons. Sure you might disagree with their religious beliefs, but those beliefs are protected by the Constitution. You know what right isn't guaranteed by the Constitution? Gay Marriage.
I'm not a homophobe and I'm not against gay marriage. I even voted against the amendment when it came to Georgia in 2004. I'm a Libertarian I default towards freedom. However the rights of the states are to be acknowledged and California made its decision. Now will you smug, smarmy, idealists please stop parading around like you are morally superior to people who voted against the amendment.

OxygenThief - 2008-12-05

Can you dig it, sucka?

StanleyPain - 2008-12-05

Being intolerant of people who aren't intolerant isn't hypocrisy, fucktard.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2008-12-05

I love the argument that we are being intolerant of religious people by saying their beliefs shouldn't guide our laws.

WHY MUST WE TRY AND TRAMPLE ON THEIR RIGHTS OH WHY

Jeff Fries - 2008-12-05

Ah, the great rush of enthusiasm when the house conservative returns to a web forum from hiatus. If it weren't for them, the people would be stuck there, pooping into each other's butts back and forth forever.

Cena_mark - 2008-12-05

It could be argued that George W. Bush is the greatest proponent of gay rights in the world. Granted he opposes gay marriage, but he'll proct all their other rights. By protecting us from radical Islam he protects them. Sure they can't marry, but if the Muslims take over our country they'll have a lot more than marriage rights to worry about...like the right not to be killed.

Emcee - 2008-12-05

I'm pretty sure his point in bringing up the Church of Mormon's contributions to the proposition was not "this is supported by Mormons, thus it is wrong", but rather that it's not very good for an organization, a RELIGIOUS organization even, to be a major, major player/meddler in the affairs of a completely separate state.

But you're actually Ygurts or somebody, anyway, so who fucking cares.

Dicknuts - 2008-12-04

I hate musicals, but I support butt love.

citrusmirakel - 2008-12-04

I find it somewhat interesting that all videos with this "funny or die" tag are blisteringly unfunny.

Camonk - 2008-12-05

It's not that funny, but all my penalty stars are precautionary: the asian chick looks enough like Margaret Cho that I don't want to accidentally give Margaret Cho anything like approval.

HankFinch - 2008-12-05

That wasn't Jesus, that was Jeepers Creepers. IMPOSTER!

Jeff Fries - 2008-12-05

Those are the two flavors in California, beach blanket bingo and Mennonite
