Dan Aykroyd smokes like a chimney in that movie. The only Ghostbuster who didn't smoke at all was Harold Ramis. Even by the time of Ghostbusters 2 the smoking was toned down and I'd bet good money we don't see any smoking in the 'ghostbusters 3' video game.

Harold does pull out a pack of cigs right after they blast the cleaning lady.

Yeah, by Ghostbusters 2 they only once had unlit cigars in their mouths, 1984-1989 was the big change on that front

Ramis actually talks about this on the DVD commentary - the second biggest change between the first and second movies was the overnight shift to CGI, which they figured would be more gradual. The first biggest change was the smoking thing.
