How he can get told that he's out of order so many times and not just say, "I'm not out of order, YOU'RE out of order!" I'll never know. Cause as soon as someone says I'm out of order, that's what I'm gonna say.

Maybe they should wait until the camera is off to start openly mocking him. Also, if the Scranton City Council had any real power, they would pave his road, with him under it.
