robotkarateman - 2009-01-25

I saw this on Wednesday on Fark and didn't submit it because I could've sworn this was already on here. But I can't find it, and it needs 5 stars.

CornOnTheCabre - 2009-01-25

this video made me produce sounds i did not think i could produce

KnowFuture - 2009-01-25

There's nothing else to say but KITTY

SixDigitDebt - 2009-01-25

If being adorable was medicinal this could cure cancer.

Species - 2009-01-25

Hooker - 2009-01-25

Cap'n Profan!ty - 2009-01-25

i think it's deformed

almo - 2009-01-25

They're meant to have stubby legs :3

Cap'n Profan!ty - 2009-01-25

WELL MAYBE YOU'RE MEANT TO HAVE STUBBY LEGS

it's deformed

rastarat - 2009-01-25

In this case deformity=cute.

Lurchi - 2009-01-25

I disapprove of this trend in breeding, therefore I withhold my 5 stars.

theSnake - 2009-01-25

Once they get to a certain age the deformity is no longer cute, and you throw it in the garbage.

Hay Belly - 2009-01-25

I will never understand people who think deforming an animal is cute. I'd like them to live like that.

Toenails - 2009-01-25

It's not quite a trend in breeding, but a naturally occurring mutation that has been found in feral cats. So I approve and give my 5 stars.

Hay Belly - 2009-01-25

Cancer is also a naturally occuring mutation. Why don't you look up HyPP and HERDA in Quarter Horses if you think breeding animals to create infirmity or death is so great if it's "natural?"

heyitslozeau - 2009-01-25

all dog and cat breeds are a result of what you call "deforming".

Torture the Artist - 2009-01-25

No, they're not. And very few registries will recognize these cats as a valid breed, because they're, you know, deformed.

"The Munchkin mutation is often termed achondroplasia, but the head size is normal indicating pseudachondroplasia. Problems associated with the Munchkin mutation are lordosis (spine dips downwards around the shoulder blades) and pectus (flattened ribcage). Some short-legged dwarf cats may exhibit joint problems/pain. Care should be taken to select breeding stock free from health issues.Small litter sizes when short-legged cats are bred together suggests the gene is lethal when 2 copies are inherited."

Hammer Falls - 2009-01-25

It is a deformity. My sister had a cat, the runt of the litter, very similar to this breed with a similar deformity. In the end, it lasted 8 years, but it's heart was too small to keep the body going any longer... uh...
BUT, maybe this won't happen to this kitten!
...
...sorry for the sadness..

Cleaner82 - 2009-01-25

"How dare you imply breeding disposable kittens is shady. All instances of breeding are exactly like this somehow."

CornOnTheCabre - 2009-01-25

its a good thing that such strong, thoughtful opinions are applied to cat breeding, what with that being the most pressing issue humanity has yet to face and all

Cap'n Profan!ty - 2009-01-26

cool, i created a shitstorm without actually thinking it was going to work. awesome.

Torture the Artist - 2009-01-26

Corn, did you know people have the capacity to care about more than one thing at once? It's true!

CornOnTheCabre - 2009-01-31

yes, and it must take some truly behemoth processing power to be an authority figure on cat breeding semantics

Torture the Artist - 2009-08-26

It doesn't really take that much thought to be opposed to deforming animals for money.

B_Ko - 2009-11-24

I LEIK CATT VIDDOS

fluffy - 2009-01-25

glasseye - 2009-01-25

KITTY

Desidiosus - 2009-01-25

This was sufficiently cute without the nauseating music box crap.

Millard - 2009-01-25

This is a dupe, I believe, but how could you really tell.

La Loco - 2009-01-25

This cat is almost too cute to fish with.

Lauritz Melchior - 2009-01-25

I WANT A KITTY!

TinManic - 2009-01-25

deformo cat.

Frank Rizzo - 2009-01-25

tamago - 2009-01-25

Deformed or not, it is still adorabubble.

Tuan Jim - 2009-01-25

1 star because kitten should not exist.

5 stars because kitten does not know this and only wishes to play and be loved.

thatonegirl - 2009-01-25

I want to hug and squeeze this little kitten.

Cap'n Profan!ty - 2009-01-26

you'll just deform it worse, don't

Ghoul - 2009-01-25

Awwww. My face hurts from the smiling.

libby1217 - 2009-01-26

i want a kitty....only if it stays a kitty, i hate cats...well i wouldn't exactly say i "hate" cats i'm just more of a dog lover...

Westward - 2009-01-26

Dear retards: my parents bred munchkins that lived to healthy, old age. They can run, jump, eat, everything normal cats do. Their lives are in no way impaired.

However, my parents also never bred a munchkin with a munchkin. No point in inbreeding, considering it's been widely accepted that the munchkin gene can be traced back to a single cat from, like, the 80's.

Munchkins = awesome.

almo - 2009-01-26

how dare you make sense

Big Beef Burritos Supreme - 2009-01-26

downs kitty!

baleen - 2009-01-26

highly evolved parasite

Man Who Fights Like Woman - 2009-01-26

Even though this is a dupe, the original deserved 10 stars or more.
